In this talk, I share my personal journey of confusion, frustration, and near burnout — and how discovering Elixir changed the way I think about learning, failure, and growth as a developer. It’s a story-driven, beginner-friendly session about finding clarity through simple ideas like immutability, pattern matching, and “Let it Crash” — and how those ideas helped me stop fighting code and start trusting myself again.
