Elixir Made Me Lazy (And That’s a Good Thing)

In this talk, I’ll share how leaning into “laziness” (the good kind) leads to simpler, more reliable code. Things like immutability, pipelines, and OTP mean you stop fighting state and start letting the system do the hard work for you. We’ll look at how Elixir encourages you to do less less-defensive coding, less micromanaging processes and still end up with apps that are easier to read, scale, and trust. If you’ve ever felt like you’re working too hard to keep your code under control, this might be your excuse to get a little lazier.
