Conor Sinclair
Conor is a Tech Lead at Alembic. After years of React and TypeScript across startups and scaleups, he found his way to Elixir and now works deep in the Ash ecosystem, drawn to problems at the edge of the declarative model: durable workflows, codegen, and increasingly the UI layer itself. He spoke at ElixirConf EU 2025 on driving LLMs from Elixir, and is particularly interested in how the new wave of AI coding tools, paired with Ash's declarative core, lets small teams ship surprisingly ambitious software at a frankly unreasonable pace.
